1/On #WorldMentalHealthDay let me tell you how NHS Scotland is so very far from being homogeneous. The variation on mental health care between different health boards is stark. Where I live,my prescribing nurse barely knows me and I can’t even speak to the *only* psychiatrist in the area…

Second new dinner recipe this week and it was another hit!! Garlic butter chicken with asparagus and new potatoes - absolutely delicious!

When I’m not feeling so well mentally, making nice dinners for my family (if I can) really helps me to cope better. 😊
