I watched that BTK Killer doc on Netflix. And the way that serial killer gets less smoke than his child that had nothing to do with it.

Observing the excuses people come up with, the way they reason about why, the way they have hope for redemption.

The current AI hype is giving those 4 months of peddling NFTs.

When I realized so much of marketing is faking it till you make it. Hoping that all the fake hype manifests into real gains.

“AI will change the world” and all it’s doing is replacing therapists and keeping people company.

I hate the org, but BLM was always a worthwhile just movement.

One of the most disappointing aspects of BLM the large-scale movement was that the org which is largely a small group of disorganized, reflectively, money hungry people, got conflated with the movement and therefore thwarted its momentum.

Curious if folks are getting the impression that those around them are unaware antifa is not an org? We know this admin is dead set on pretending it is & many media are uncritically perpetuating that. Feels like we’re watching an elite disinfo campaign move in both a rapid and absurdist fashion.

and the subhead helps props up a false claim this professor was up to something seedy as something up for debate

I’m finally, through observing this “Antifa” boogeyman, realizing that H**** may be such a boogeyman in the goals of establishing a certain state in the Middle East.

I have something controversial to say that’s been brewing in my spirit.

But I realize now that when people in power doing horrible things realize the horrible things they’re doing is unpopular they have to create a boogeyman—something for people to coalesce around fearing as a distraction.

She still posts on IG. I follow her there. She’s quite chill over there and seeming to do alright. Having experienced my own egregious and outlandish violation from a person people revere, I lived vicariously through her relentlessness. Idk, it didn’t bother me.

I'm sick and tired of seeing these thugs terrorize big events and am worried that they will try to interrupt Limp Bizkit's set. My gf (F19) and I (M31) are going to our first Lollapalooza and are concerned about the growing threat around the city
