I’ve never really understood why pokemon fans get super super against trade evolutions. Like. I think items or workarounds like romhacks do are awesome! But the series is fundamentally a social game. You get help with stuff you can’t get that is just rare and everyone can get it. Idk

Some of the localization choices bring the one blemish in the trails in the sky remake is so unfortunate

Liberl being pronounced "liberal" is rough, but "orbal golems" instead of archaisms is real bad

Man. This remake fixes every issue I have with the original game, and the battle system is super fun.

The ocassionally awkward translation puts it short of remake perfection though. If this had the Xseed translation, it'd basically be perfect.
