Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky has announced her retirement, and Illinois' 9th District will have an open primary for the first time in decades. Wasting no time to enter the race is anti-Israel detractor Kat Abughazaleh, a 25-year-old "social media influencer". Kat does not mince words when it comes to her thoughts on Israel and the bond between our two nations. Her radical foreign policy agenda includes:
• Calls for unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state and labels Israel's presence in the West Bank as an "illegal occupation".
• Baselessly blames Israel for the deaths of "tens of thousands" of Palestinians, without recognizing Hamas' initiation of the conflict on 10/7/23.
• Promotes the International Criminal Court, a biased, antisemitic institution targeting Israel under the false guise of justice.
And she's not just loud, she's well-funded - Abughazaleh has already raised nearly $1,000,000, positioning her as the financial frontrunner in the early stages of this race. If we don't act now, she could win.
She poses a direct threat to our mission and the future of Israel's security.
Fortunately, we have a fighter of our own: Illinois State Senator Laura Fine.

Remember: Federal "agents" (I use that term with skepticism) are not immune to state and local laws. Despite what they tell you, it is legal and sometimes necessary to arrest them.

And best of all, Donald Trump cannot pardon them.

It’s clear to everyone what is likely coming. Mayor-to-be Zohran Mamdani told me weeks ago that he considers the National Guard being deployed to NYC to be an inevitability. For Mamdani and his allies, the question is: What meaningful forms of bureaucratic warfare can be waged against the feds? When I interviewed Lander earlier this month, he mentioned the possibility of things like sending in city building inspector’s to ICE’s headquarters at 26 Federal Plaza, where they are holding detainees in what is almost certainly a violation of their building permit. Stuff like that should begin the day that Mamdani is sworn in. In the same way that the federal government has been weaponized against immigrants, the New York City government should be weaponized against the federal government’s presence in the city.

Building inspectors, yes. And safety inspectors. Is the water in the ICE office clean? Cut it off, to test it. Fire drills. Tickets on their parked cars. Brake light violations. Health inspections. Sidewalk construction. Street closures. More fire drills. More fire drills! You can never have too much fire safety.

We complain about low-information voters... I could be described as one in this case. We have to give them some slack. And lots of education.

Problem is, they resent that and don't listen. How can we get past that blockade?

Testosterone is ONE SINGLE parameter in a big, complex equation, AND it's a variable factor in each individual. Maybe if I was to be tested, I'd come up as "low-T". I don't want to know.

But we do know testosterone is a significant factor in making people more aggressive and less compassionate.
