Fifty years ago today, Carlton Fisk waved it fair.

His walk-off home run for the @redsox.com 12 innings, four hours and one minute after the start of Game 6 on this date in 1975 endures as a signature moment in World Series history. ow.ly/8mKl50Xfw0F
I listened to Ryan with his good, but horrible French accent say “Chris Wenke, the grandpa who was a boy, tell me more” at least 5 times.
True…Iowa is usually more fundamentally sound along their way to 8-9 wins. 🤷🏻‍♂️
This must be what it feels like to be a South Carolina or Arizona State fan: a great win with a lot of stupidity along the way.
KF used to be smarter than that.

The Pope is evidently a decent man & good priest with a huge task, but him yelling to a random guy about the Cubs like he's in the parking lot at Menards will always make me double-check if I'm sober
Hamlin finally winning this year would be the funniest possible outcome.

If I see you posting AI slop, it's an instant block. Even if you think it's cute or says a lot about society. If you are purporting that some AI slop is real news, I will report you for misinformation, and then block you. Sloppers should be marginalised.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Red Sox Hall of Famer Mike Greenwell.

“The Gator” spent his entire career in a Red Sox uniform & was a beloved fixture of Fenway and Fort Myers. He gave so much to this organization, Lee County, & Sox Nation.

We send our love to the Greenwell family.

You’ve gotta admit it’s very convenient that 100 mph is basically the upper limit for how fast humans can throw baseballs. Pretty much the best argument against the metric system
Ugh, sucks for Denny Hamlin, but what a race.
