This is horrifying. Now she'll be placed with men in prison where she is at extreme risk of being raped and sexually assaulted. And then she has to register as a sex offender.

This is all because a man was ashamed he was attracted to a trans woman.

With SCOTUS set to legalize conversion therapy, I think it's important for states to get around this decision by implementing new legislation applying private rights of action to practitioners of conversion therapy by their victims with large damages and long statutes of limitations.

Realistically, even if Republicans allow Dems to regain power, it'll probably be some milquetoast liberal who will want to "move on" to "let the country heal." There will never be investigations, trials, or prison for all the human rights abuses we're witnessing for the people in power.
