Some gas power companies that see profit in the AI boom say they can capture their carbon emissions, and deserve clean electricity credits from the state.

A fucking gorgeous bikeway in NYC, paved, separated, bollarded, and bordered by lovely trees and bushes buffering the space between the bike lane and adjacent sidewalk and car road on either side.

I grew up in the foothills outside of Port Angeles, Between the Elwha River spill and the fires I've been having a very specific form of grief for the ecological destruction facing the area where I also once called home.

I made an animated gif comparing the best possible zoning map we can implement (Alternative 5) and Mayor Harrell's proposed plan.

In short, Harrell undermined what would have been a transformative housing plan, betraying everyday Seattleites and leaving us with scraps.
