Ohhh, seems like they're similar but radial arms are bigger and less portable. Still, nice! I still need a miter so I can cut some quarter rounds for my floor...

I painted this as one of three alien environments developed for Pillar of Fire; we focused heavily on using transformed scale to create an alien feel, while also being playful with colour and shape to keep things whimsical and enticing despite the strangeness.
A fantastical landscape snippet on a grey background, showing a magenta desert ecosystem with oversized fungal growths and impossibly steep hills; the ground splits and fractures like slate or ice sheets. The text label reads " ARID - scaled fungi - bacterial mounds - spiny land jellyfish"

ooo is that a radial arm saw there?

"PFNA is so hazardous that the EPA struck an agreement with eight companies to phase it out nearly two decades ago."

And yet, the report is stuck in limbo, still not released to the public.

NEW An EPA report found that PFNA, a chemical in the drinking water of some 26M people, interferes with development and likely causes liver problems & male reproductive harms. The report was done in April, scientists told me. But the agency hasn't released it

A man holding a GNB partner bridal style. He laughs while they kiss his cheek. A taller man leaning over to hold another's head and kiss their hair while they smile. The image is cool-toned with a lot of yellow lights a peek through some curtains at the couple. the man sits on a bed while the other sits on his lap and kisses him.

Ireland has approved plans to permanently implement a basic income program that will support up to 2,200 artists.

A cost-benefit analysis found that for every €1 invested, society receives €1.39 back.

Officials from other countries are now expressing interest in the program.

My brain can't focus right now, so here's a thread of some works from my Glasslands setting
A blue mech suit pulling a trailer with a red fuel oil tank on it. There's driving sleet, a frozen pond, and a dead birch tree in the background Two characters in heavy ponchos looking through, respectively, a large spotting scope and a surveyor's theodolite. It's just after sunset and buttes rise into the background. Near the foreground character is a dead campfire with a Utah Teapot sitting on a small frame. People descend a staircase in a dimly lit corridor lined with corrugated aluminum siding walls and girders with holes similar to what you'd see inside a rigid airship. At the front of the procession is a dark skinned man dressed in deep red, his face covered with a drapery hanging from a red, ornate mitre, and holding large gold processional candle holder with a spiral design on top. The procession is dressed similarly, and each person holds a single candle in large gold candle holders of their own.

Chiitan has a dream.
I hope that one day the term LGBT will become a thing of the past.
I will continue to spread my message until we live in a world where everyone can love freely and is free from persecution and discrimination.
Until then, let's all support each other🤍

I like this idea of dinosaurs as chunky boys.
Jurassic park would have been a lot more fun if these darlings were wobbling towards people and nobody ran but just turned and hugged the dorky cuddle beasts.

I've been working in sketchbooks more as part of a class assignment; here are some of my recent sketches 👉👈 I've been trying to draw what comes to me in the moment, and not worry too much about the output or making everything perfect, but also put time into each to make it feel 'done' as a sketch.
Graphite and white charcoal sketch on toned paper of a woman with stylized hair Graphite and white charcoal sketch on toned paper of a figure with a stylized owl headdress. The wings of the headdress cover the figure's eyes. A graphite sketch of a a face surrounded by a sphere of churning, splashing water A graphite sketch of a beared man with a sword plunging through his forehead and out his chin (in a stylized, non gory way).
