Met a birder today while walking on S Devon coast path. Watching a small copse with 2 goldcrest, a firecrest, a willow warbler and a blackcap. In late October. We had 2 blackcaps in late Jan UK bird watch - think more are staying around over winter?

She’s actually got great timing…but that wasn’t a salsa 🤷🏼‍♂️
