Climate(.)gov wasn't built in a day. It wasn't even built in a year. It is a big, complicated site that we don't just want to rebuild but also improve with Climate.us.

Realistically, this is going to take some time. However, we want to take a moment to remind people what it is that we...

We may have lost Jane Goodall, but for me, I will look to Jacinda Ardern, among others, for inspiration.

From Netflix Insta: "Earlier this year, Dr. Jane Goodall, a UN Messenger of Peace, sat down for a deeply reflective conversation about her legacy & to immortalize her final words w/ the understanding that it would only be shared w/ the world after she passed."

Trump's higher ed ransom note is here - everyone would have to acquiesce to their unprecedented demands or not be "given priority for grants," plus they can demand "reimbursement" for "violations" www.wsj.com/us-news/educ...

Some schools will be starved of resources. Other schools will be offered bribes. The end goal is the same. To make the universities an extension of the Trump administration. Shame on any of these institutions willing to take the bribes.
Letters on Wednesday were going out to solicit agreement and feedback from Vanderbilt University, Dartmouth College, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Southern California, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Texas, the University of Arizona, Brown University and the University of Virginia, according to an administration official.

This is a painting of Jane Goodall from that I had her sign for my mother Jeanne in 1999, when we both saw her speak at the TED 9 conference in Monterey, CA. I spoke in a session the day before. Jane and my mother were very close in age, and she was also an iconic heroine to both of us.
The painting described in the post with Jane in a thoughtful pose, resting her chin in her left hand. The autograph reads: “For Jeanne - Follow your heart, Jane Goodall”

Dr. Jane Goodall was an extraordinary champion for nature. She holds a special place at Esri as a friend and advocate for using technology to protect and transform our world for the better. Her inspiration will always remain in our hearts.
Rest in peace, power, and warm chimpanzee embrace, dear Jane
