This is in the Rut. The mating season. Big bulls forget about everything except cows. This bull has just raked his antlers in the dirt and grass, probably near a wallow. This goes on for about a month around Sept. In a couple of mo months he will shed those and immediately begin to grow new pair.

Meanwhile in the rest of world, we have now hit the 1.5C thershold 75 years early. Although the world population has stopped growing, unless we get serious, a third of the population will die, another third will be hungry every day of their lives amd the last third will kill anyone who threatens.
