@sbagen.bsky.social has written that a group of experts are already working to fine-tune a plan to rebuild our government, not as it was, but better. Yes, it'll be very hard to reclaim power from authoritarians, but the planning he's mentioned makes me hopeful.

This makes it sound like a gray area. Supreme Ct justices have voluntarily given Congressional testimony on budgets, but Congress couldn't force a justice to comply with a subpoena.
