Let this gorgeous sunset seep deep into your soul & let your spirit bath in it’s beauty.

A breathtakingly beautiful sunset in all shades of gold, bright orange, a few hues of a light grey with very light pinkish traces is taking place behind some old houses in a little village on the countryside on a late summer evening. On the left side some leaves of a tree are touching the sky. The clouds in the sky look like someone splish-splashed with great joy color onto the blue sky and painted some thick and thin streaks of opulence to the sky. Plain and simple a gorgeous spectacle of Mother Nature!

The Monastery of the Holy Trinity (Agio Triada) in Meteora, Greece, built in the 15th century and part of the UNESCO World Heritage

#Stunday #SundayYellow #MountainMonday #BlueSkyMonday #photography #landscape #scape #nature #RockinTuesday #thelittlethings #photohour #EastCoastKin
The picture shows one of the famous Meteora monasteries in Greece, perched atop a high, steep sandstone rock. The name 'Meteora' means 'suspended in the air,' aptly describing the location of the monasteries. The massive rock on which the monastery stands dominates the image. The rock walls are rugged and reddish-brown in color. Green vegetation grows at the base and on the slopes of the rock. On the summit of the rock, several buildings can be seen forming the monastery complex. The buildings have light beige walls and red roofs. The sky in the background is dark on the left side, while the monastery and the rock are illuminated by the sun. This interplay of light makes the monastery stand out against the dark backdrop.

Good morning everyone, and happy Sunday! 🌞🌿
What format do you think looks best in? 📱 🤔

Fullscreen mode.
The photograph shows a forest path passing through a grove. Along the path grow birch trees with characteristic white bark and thin, branched trees. Darker conifers are visible in the background. The ground is covered with dry grass and withered leaves. Above the trees is a blue sky with white clouds. The photo was taken in horizontal orientation. The photo orientation is vertical (portrait).

The imperfections are always beautiful, because they make us real…

A perfectly imperfect pink Dahlia is facing the sun. ☀️

#Photography #MobilePhotography #EastCoastKin #AlphabetChallenge #WeekOForOpulence #ColorADay #GreenSat #BlueSkyArtShow #Glow #PhotoHour #Scape #BloomScrolling #SensoryArt #Shadow #PrettyInPink #Dahlia #Flowers #FlowerReport 🌸
Sunlight is shining on a pink garden Dahlia that is just about to wilt, what gives her fragile beauty an extra special touch. I like things that are perfectly imperfect. Her petals are making twists and circles what’s casting nice shadows, giving the flower extra depth.
There are green leaves surrounding her what makes her beautiful color pop.

The Dahlia is the national flower of Mexico. It has a proud history reaching back to the days of the Aztec empire. Aztecs grew her originally as a food crop for their starchy root tubers. Later the dahlia was transported back to Europe by Spanish colonists in the 18th century.

There's a Dahlia for Everyone. Big, small, frilly, spiky, neon pink, deep burgundy, orange, etc… these flowers come in so many shapes and colors that even the pickiest plant person will find the one for themselves.

Some sunsets are so beautiful that you have to stop and snap a picture!

Nature is painting the sky and the clouds in the most opulent colors of orange, pink, yellow and grapefruit for sunset. In between there are the last remaining shades of the blue evening sky. On the horizon there are the silhouettes of an electric pole on the right side, then some trees in the middle and some windmills on the left side followed by another electric pole. In the foreground there’s a rural road making a turn to the left that’s flanked by green fields in the dark. The color of the vibrant sky paints hues of soft pink on the road.

The focus is on a single, fully opened flower, illuminated from the side by the sun. The flower is in vibrant yellow and orange tones, glowing intensely due to the light. The fine, densely arranged petals cast shadows on each other. The background is deep black, which further accentuates the bright colors of the flower.
