Is this how Europe enforces the law? Is this "freedom of speech"? Seriously? And at the same time we discuss whether the blue check mark on Twitter/X was misleading. Seriously?

If I were a future terrorist, planning an attack in Europe, I would truly celebrate X' understanding of "freedom of expression" and platform reliability today.
