handedness can be a little hard to wrap your head around - it's a very elusive concept as it's mostly perceptual/visual rather than being a property of the numbers/math itself

notably though, you can use it to figure out positive rotation directions, given an arbitrary axis!

Just before things started to nosedive on twitter, I posted a thread that walked through the massive body of work I did over the last three years (on an inspiring team) on the cancelled Project Dragon aka Everhaven.
For posterity I reckon I'll repost that thread, piece by piece, over here ✨

An Arathor keyflame, a hand-painted prop from World of Warcraft: The War Within. A warm yellow crystal, cracked and faceted but still glowing, is held aloft by curved metal brackets over a circular well. A golden metal sun caps the top of the well, where priests would place glowing crystal fragments to keep the crystal's light shining. An Arathor book, a hand-painted prop from World of Warcraft: The War Within. This is a massive book, taller than a man, with heavy golden brackets on its corners and a large yellow crystal set into the cover. The book stands at an angle against a large metal frame atop a circular pedastal, with marble steps leading up to it. The book is open to a page with a detailed illustration depicting a fleet of airships flying across an unknown ocean, and elegant runes in the Arathi language describing their voyage. A scenic view of Hallowfall, a location from World of Warcraft: The War Within. A tower with a large, yellow crystal overlooks a massive cavern, with Arathi settlements and airships dotting the landscape. A priory sits at the peak of the tallest cliff, facing an unbelievably huge crystal erupting from the ceiling of this cavern. The crystal glows like the sun and bathes everything it touches in radiant golden light. The Priory of the Sacred Flame, a dungeon from World of Warcraft: The War Within. High stone walls flank a circular stained glass window. The center of the window is open to the outside, and provides a view of a massive yellow crystal jutting from the ceiling of the Hallowfall cavern.
