IMO 1 of the MOST underrated members in ALL of Congress. Please follow this man. I have never met a more modest, compassionate member of Congress who does SO MUCH GOOD WORK for ALL of his constituents. I can only think of 1 other I put in this esteem: Elijah Cummings.
