Tonight’s dumb napkin cartoon…
Aide: Sir the protesters have started dressing up as kid rock. ICE doesn’t know what to do.
Boss: I was afraid of this.

If you're wondering whether or not to get a flu shot, I didn't get one in time, and I just had a fever dream where I was in the Drew Carey Show because several days ago I was on the Wikipedia page for the Drew Carey Show. You don't have to do this to yourself.

Do not sneer at Sesame Donuts.

They are not as sexy as Blue Star, it is true. They also are not $5.00 per donut. And the titular sesame seed donuts are not too sweet, there is a chance you can avoid entering diabetic shock if you eat one.

You are a living joke if you are more concerned about “the thought-police” than the secret police

For those not fluent in Catholic: refusing the Monstrance is not denying prisoners the Eucharist, it is refusing Christ himself, since Christ is present in the Monstrance.

If Portland’s blow up animals are the right language for Portland, this is the right language for Chicago.

Chicago priest Fr. Larry Dowling describes procession to ICE facility: “No one had the courage to speak directly to us. No one from Homeland Security could stand in the presence of the Monstrance holding the Blessed Sacrament. No wonder. Evil is repelled, recoils in the presence of Christ.”

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.

To recap -

The police are not your friendsl
HR is not your friend
AI is not your friend

People who you know personally who don't piss you off when they make fun of you, they are your friend.

seems like a non-insignificant percentage of rage against the machine's fanbase are young republican men driving SUVs bopping their head to anti-oil, pro-immigrant songs thinking the lyrics are about how they wish their suburban parents would get off their back
Tom Morello tweets: "Fascinating that all those “don’t tread on me” posers and their AR-15’s are nowhere to be seen and government tyranny is instead being opposed by a guy in an inflatable frog suit."

Someone named Manny replies: "@grok
why do some people say Tom Morello and band mates are RAGE FOR THE MACHINE and not against ?"

Should the New York Times be sold to Pennysaver and its editors sent to work in Amazon warehouses? It depends on who you ask.

There are several live video feeds, one of them is absolutely real since I can see the camera from my apartment.

Thomas Dugdale Cantrell's 'The Arrival of the Jarrow Marchers in London,' (1936) depicts the 200 unemployed men who completed a near 300 mile walk to London to protest against the poverty suffered in Jarrow following the closure of its shipyard; the juxtaposition of society.

Just 'cause it has to be said every now and then.

GOP Senators and Representatives are obviously okay with...everything...that's happening.
