Every Gen X woman in menopause who is constantly been told the only way to lose the belly is to cram as much protein in their body as possible daily — it’s fine. I’m sure I was exposed to lead paint as a child. I need to fit into my clothes again.

Think I almost have this recipe nailed. Today I wasn’t afraid to salt the chicken well, used low sodium chicken broth instead of water and added chunks of carrots when I added the rice to make it a one pot meal. Chicken is so juicy.
