NOW CANCELLED - Because one actor/producer was behaving very inappropriately... unwanted sexual advances/comments, lying, gaslighting etc.

I feel awful.

I think I've found my common theme...

"art challenges my thoughts, teaches and interacts"

Films with relatable themes. Films that inspire and teach, as well as being funny and entertaining.

Personally, I never found myself wanting a proper plot for MOL.

It has a common theme that everyone can relate too. It knows what it is and delivers that right from the start.

I love art that challenges my thoughts, teaches and interacts with me. It's why I like ALOTBSOL and MOL.

I like all the Python movies but I hated the Holy Grail ending.

I feel like they had more freedom with the MOL and it was funnier.

i was very close to terry and agree with you on the second part. but not the first.

i hold holy grail closest to my heart. they had no idea what they were doing and it shows on screen... a lot. it think that's part of the disjointed magic of it.

by MoL they were megastars and it felt more forced.

I've been making an influence list.

Trying to figure out my 'director' style.

I downloaded all the Python films and had a quick skim through them. The Meaning of Life stuck with me. It has such a wonderful style. It's a precisely controlled mishmash, and I love it for it.

I love this time of the year because no one wants salads anymore.

Lots of the salad items get reduced and sent to the local community fridge the next day.

I have a large salad for lunch/dinner and use the excess tomatoes and veg for pastas etc. or I chop them up and freeze them.

I love salad.

Shop less. If you need something, shop local, shop independent if possible!

Even if you can't, most online retailers show the store and its location, including Temu!!!

It's 5 minutes of research to see where you're buying from.

Please don't be lazy. It does make an impact.

Search on Amazon and then go to the sellers profile. Search for the seller on Google and often they have their own site.

Alternatively, Temu has a 'Local' option that allows you to buy from businesses that operate in your own country. Many of them are small businesses. You pay for shipping.

Mturk used to be so good, but since they started focusing on AI it's gone downhill and become rather exploitative.

Used to be £15-30 an hour. It's about £6 an hour now. Not even minimum wage.

I haven't seen that specific survey, but that does seem odd if it ONLY states that and nothing else?

If it's the usual "your data might be seen/shared with the general public... and the government, and scientists, and universities..." then sure.

But just the one is weird. Perhaps message them?

Yeah and we already have the sugar tax too.

I don't often buy fizzy drinks so if I do go out, that's usually when I want to treat myself.

Sweeteners seem to have a negative impact on my gut.
