Hopefully your Canadian healthcare has kicked in already! I don’t know what it’s like to see a doctor in BC though, it was downright hellish in Montreal because they were so busy (but this was in 2017-2018).

This has been *confirmed*: so not only did this make it through dozens of levels of decisions where no one spoke up to say "this is unethical and looks like shit", it's also so bad it was instantly spotted by thousands of people like me who in a split second said "hey that looks like shit".

Oh hey, I’m also in Finland - but a recent-ish immigrant lol. I did learn about the Swedish dub airing here from co-workers. Kinda sad there was never a Finnish dub, it would help me with trying to learn the language!

Nah it was really bad. I watched it when I was a kid too, I just took the nostalgia goggles off and don’t understand why we’re so obsessed with defending it.

It’s a bad dub and it’s been replaced.

the yakuza stage play is great for a lot of reasons. great cast, really fun action choreography, tie-ins with the sequel (ryuji is in this thing), loads upon loads of direct rips from the gameplay. but the biggest one is that kiryu looks a head and a half taller than nishiki in some scenes. it rips

This is my favorite Joel episode easily, not quite my favorite episode because Final Sacrifice and Space Mutiny are just *that memorable*, but its up there and its fantastic.
