One off Parliament/Funkadelic offshoot project with Maceo Parker, Joel Johnson, and Carl 'Butch' Small. These dudes jam like crazy, and honestly this is better than any other Parliament related releases from the same era...

The cover to the real life soundtrack album for the 1984 film This is Spinal Tap, which is identical to the cover to the fictional in-film album Smell the Glove. It's black. All black. Nothing but black. How much more black could it be? The answer is none... none more black.

Looked through the records for #5DebutAlbums8084 and came up with this comical mix. I have Boy and Murmur on cassette and From Her to Eternity, She’s So UnusuAl, and Violent Femmes on CD. I might find a few others but the early 80s are not my bag. Suggestions are welcome!
