I did this for a bit and stopped because yeah, I don’t care that some one I’ve never heard of blocked me lol

Good for them, honestly

In the USA it’s easier for the President to first launch nuclear weapons on a whim than it is to:

-qualify for SNAP

-get student loans forgiven under public service program

-access affordable & timely healthcare

-get my congresspeople to stop voting for Trump judges

-do your taxes

My take: The Venezuela strikes are being orchestrated by Miller, Vance, Hegseth and Rubio. Trump had no idea until he learned about it a short time ago on Fox News. Now he's offering his own opinion.
Epidemic made in the USA, deadly Fentanyl coming from China, but yes we will strike Venezuela’s military and this will totally help

Very Cool

Both my wife and you saying this, dang
For me that was playing Silent Hill 2 with my friend and his older brother. I was clutching a pillow the whole time!
I played Turok when I was very young, maybe 5. I didn’t make it to level 2.
What was the first game that was so "scary" that you had to turn it off and couldn't finish it?

I had a thing with aliens when I was younger and the jump scares of Ground Zero Texas ruined my whole weekend rental.

Books on the subject you should read:

- Jeff Lewis's 2020 Commission: a actually plausible sketch of how Donald Trump bumbles into a (limited) nuclear war with North Korea
- Command and Control: a fact based history of US nuclear weapons whoopsies
- Arms and Influence: *actual* deterrence theory
hmm really not a good time psychologically to be reading “nuclear war: a scenario”
I think there is a chance they’ll be reminded in some form, but man. It’s dark seeing people decrying food pantries asking for donations…
Start lectures by telling one lucky student “smokes, let’s go”
Not really worth your time; and I enjoyed it at publication
One thing you see over and over again is Democrats saying “people are really going to suffer when SNAP benefits are cut” and Republican voters respond “Hahah shouldn’t those losers be working for food”

And yet we have to pretend that the gop cares at all about human suffering

Democratic politicians need to rapidly reorient themselves to the idea that states likely *will* need to fund services like these going forward
I mean if you’re tearing up the White House grounds; you might as well take the chance to expand any bunker complexes underneath.
TACO is NOT building a ballroom.

He is building a bunker.

Booze Allen is not an architecture firm.

It’s a defense contractor.

The presumption that facial recognition is definitive is a recipe for horror stories.
New incredible detail here: ICE says a match in its facial recognition app Mobile Fortify is a "definitive" determination of a person's status, and that this overrides birth certificates. This is an app ICE is using in the field to scan people
