Both BFV and 2042 had some serious, long running issues at launch that weren’t fixed. Long stories but the core of it is many of the founders and lead devs left DICE to form Embark so less experienced team members had to try to handle a major series without any extra time from EA.

Remember when he said that RE8 was running extremely poorly on PS5 when the final game was decently high res and 60fps most of the time with raytracing on? He even outright said he put that statement out because there was too much good news about PS5 at the time and he wanted to push back

Dusk has said he was quitting leaking for good multiple times only to go right back to it a few weeks later

He’s also admitted to mixing speculation in with the legit information so even the stuff that comes from a real source isn’t trustworthy

It’s infuriating. Grace seems cool, the connections to Outbreak are neat, and it seems like Dusk is already wrong about Leon being the “real” protagonist with it being at least equal roles. Then people are going shift to complain Leon isn’t in it enough if he appears
