Im #Kammergericht: Durfte auf Einladung der Juristischen Gesellschaft Berlin über Plattformregulierung sprechen. Momentan echt ein heißes Eisen, wie der #DMA funktioniert & durchgesetzt wird🗜️. Wir forschen zu dem Thema im #SCiDA-Project ("Shaping Competition in the Digital Age") an der @hhu.de.
