By da time my prescription were ready 2 hours later, 18 items in mai cart was sold out! I could get protein shakes (from pharmacy) and shampoo. Efurry item from da grocery section were gone. I filled out da order by getting ahead on cat food and litter so da tip would be worth da drive. --Loki💛😾

Alla dere employees is on SNAP, which is bad enough, and now dey profiteering on dere own employees by only stocking fresh food wat costs ofur 2x as much. 🙄

Local rural #Walmart ( don't judge, some of us has limited grocery store options) has stopped stocking da cheapest #SNAP -eligible perishables like milk, carrots, celery, greens, lunch meats, and cheeses. Heer is da sliced cheeses. I's not in need, but yoo still suck, Walmart. --Loki💛😾

In GA yoo need a prescription fur each Covid vaccine available at da pharmacy cuz if dey run outta one, yoo cannot get a different one wifout a specific prescription. --Loki🙄💛😺

I has l-theanine, too, and da Viactiv D/K chew, and flaxseed oil on mai toast fur da Omega-3, and I also felt a lil better when I started those. Like I been fixing bugs in dis unfamiliar body's code. But it still very buggy. --Loki 💛🙄😸

den da pharmacist is required to read da info sheet to yoo if yoo Dr. didn't, cuz da Dr. didn't know which one yoo getting. Or yoo can go to county health dept. 1st come, 1st served and sit in da tiny waiting room wif alla da sick people. --Loki💛🙄🐱

If yoo has an at risk condition in GA and yoo unner 65, yoo has to get a prescription for a Covid shot, cuz Dr. can't do dem anymoar, and dey can only purrscribe specific shots, so dey has to send multiple prescriptions in case da pharmacy is outta one, and /1

Not cured, but things is looking up a little. Been able to climb 2 flights of stairs inna row wifout hasing to sit down in da middle. Don't need a 2 hour nap after a half-hour grocery shopping. --Loki💛😸

Next part of da treatment is collagen and hyaluronic acid fur joints and bones and stuff. So far so good. Been a little over a week and her do not sound like bubble wrap when her stretching in da meowning. (Dis is purrobably mostly from da HA and da extra water rn.) /4

Had to get lower caffeine befoar starting creatine therapy (5g a day) in da hopes dietary creatine would stop muscles from burning like her had just finished a triathalon while walking from da couch to da bafroom. It did. It took 2 weeks to notice. /3

3g fenugreek seeds gives low but steady energy wat lasts about 14 hours, purrobably cuz of genetic compatibility, so her were able to get down to 100mg time-release caffeine. /2

So anyways, her does a daily treat test and if a candy do not spark joy, a depression is coming and her has to switch from Singulair to Pepcid, and da last depression went on so long da Pepcid stopped da histamine microclots in muscles at night from MCAS better than Singulair. /1

Fenugreek seed, creatine, and pepcid seems to be some kinda holy trinity of post-viral MCAS/MECFS treatment so far fur da Hoomom. On top of da other stuff. Her thinks da ME is really post-viral Mitochondrial Myopathy, but da treatment is da same and do not has spoons to argue. --Loki💛😸
