It's in that same lane of gracefully crude poetry as Deadwood but less vulgar and more folksy. It's all southern charm and wit wrapped around the tightest, snappiest exchanges you've ever heard

Yeah, Northern Portugal isn't a very well known destination, in comparison to most of the Iberian Peninsula, but those places have a lot of Portuguese immigrants, so I'm guessing there's a bit of word of mouth at work.

Nah, we mostly get people from central/northeast Europe and the USA. Those are probably 75% of the tourists, around here.

I'll have to give it a try, that would be a lifesaver in the summer.

Yeah, I actually prefer to walk to and from work, if possible, but it's just not doable anymore, in the Summertime.

I honestly don't even understand why there are a ton of tourists walking around in the daytime, when it's near 40° most of the time 😅

Yeah, that kind of stuff is really important, if you have any type of pet.

Even if you can't always handle their needs, have someone (friends, family) that can help in those moments.

You can't really walk the dogs on most Summer days, around here, but people usually just do it at night, to get around the heat.

I've got a couple of co-workers that actually do it all year, because it became their decompression process, after a night shift.

I'm coming more from the perspective that if someone can't meet the needs of a dog like that, it's just not fair for the pup, neither.
