After almost a month of work, the '06 recomp options menu has been merged!

This comes with a few new options, along with some improved existing ones to make them work at runtime.

It's still not 100% there yet though, as many of the video settings available are yet to be implemented on demand.

The charity SEGA hired was allowed to take the items, and to resell/recycle. Frank is missing out this key piece of information. On top the warrant, is illegal too as it give SEGA, a private company police powers. It's a human rights case, as well as preservation.

Do you want to do System Link over LAN tunneling in Xlink Kai? I'm honestly surprised not many people play the LAN mode especially online through Xlink Kai, gives a pretty different experience.
