So on Fridays our friend AJ Link would open a mutual aid thread to anyone that was in need. Since he had good reach, it really helped a lot of people, especially so many marginalized folk. He literally saved lives.

Convert a room into a home office and register "Rentaghost Trading Company" as a business. Then put a business plan together to convert the place into a hotel and enter into talks with the ghosts to make sure they get the kinds of guests they want.
