What's interesting to me about this is not so much the accusation, but the timing of the report's release. It suggests that patience with Orbán is finally running out, and may mark the start of a campaign against him, played out online and in the media. We shall see.

So, it's just before dawn here in Central Europe, on the day they're due to announce this year's Nobel Peace Prize. Fun times. Apparently 244 individuals and 94 organisations have been nominated, so the field's wide open.

Unbeknownst to most or long forgotten is that on October 8 and October 10, 2023; Hamas offered the same deal that’s being pitched as Trump’s “Gaza Peace Deal” which would have handed all hostages over to Israel in exchange for Israeli troops not entering the strip, Netanyahu refused the proposal.
