Me acabo de enterar de que ha muerto Drew Struzan.

Siempre le he admirado. He tenido pósters de carteles suyos en mi casa, siempre. Y es el baremo por el que cualquier ilustrador de pósters de cine debería medirse. Siempre le intentan imitar con montajes cutres por Photoshop, pero nunca se acercan.

Yeah, I wouldn't blame an actor who needs it, lots of DW fans were understandably disappointed with Michelle Gomez, but she's not a millionaire, and she addressed the issue with respect.

But big name Oscar winners who are demanded all the time? Screw them, I don't care for their excuses.

Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing? 2? Questions I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up. Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?

Maybe I’m being naive (or possibly naïf), but I’d like to think that if my net worth was $80m, I would think carefully about which projects I lent my name to. And, when challenged about it, I wouldn’t come up with some nonsense about being unaware and about how we should all just accept transphobia.

No es depresión, es normal sentir tristeza cuando las cosas son una mierda. La depresión son estados de bajona o indiferencia extremos donde a menudo los factores externos no son obvios, y te quedas bloqueado e incapaz de hacer nada. El enfermo no eres tú, es que el mundo es enfermizo.

Me había propuesto ir hoy al gym después de volver de 10 días en Canadá, no contaba con el pequeño detalle de que tengo un jet lag mortal, he dormido ocho horas en las últimas 48, y ni siquiera me veo capaz de enfocar la vista sin marearme.

Antes el jet lag se me pasaba en 24 pero ya soy viejo
