During a military-style raid on a building in Chicago’s South Shore, one resident heard a knock on his door.

tbh, this alone is a massive shift. critics have been reduced to this ridiculous tepid criticism because the facts are unassailable.

The terror framework has long been used as an execution order or rational to disappear people overseas.

A couple of years ago, the Democrats in the Oregon legislature passed a domestic terrorism law over of the objection of civil liberties advocates, environmentalists, and ordinarily reasonable Oregonians who told them this would only be used against the left.

It fits right in with Trump’s strategy.

Terrorism is considered a uniquely associational offense & allegations are wielded to undermine fundamental rights of association and speech every time.

Perhaps now that the entire liberal strata has been painted, we can retire this framework altogether.

The Nazis also had courts.

The law is inherently political.

Lawyers & judges approving of something blatantly unconstitutional is a reflection of that.

My initial read on this argument: Judge Nelson is eager to disagree with his 9th Cir. colleagues that federalizing the NG is reviewable at all.

He's also eager to disagree with Judge Immergut that the Portland protests were small and under control.
