Mariners have been to the ALCS three previous times, losing 4-2, 4-2, 4-1 (the last being NYY in 2001).

They have never gone further than two wins in the ALCS.

thank god the red zone channel started running commercials. when it was commercial-free i'd get to 7:30 p.m., look at how i'd spent my day, and realize i'd burned through an entire sunday without growing or developing at all as a consumer. and if i'm not a consumer i'm nothing at all

Weird that they mention new interim coach Robb Akey was DC at Central Michigan but at no point do they mention he was head coach at Idaho 2007-12, where he compiled a record of 20-50 and was fired in the middle of his final season.
