I had to encourage my 7th grader's social studies teacher to keep playing entirely "both sides" CNN 10 clips because one parent ranted that her kid came away from a segment on the Flotilla capture asking "Is Israel bad?" and my undergrads demonstrate minimal contextual awareness.
