Seriously, these Blue Dogs who want the Democratic Party to become Republican lite just need to leave and join the GOP already.
I certainly hope so. Just Blue Dogs doing what they do.
It’s the Blue Dogs making the same argument since Bill Clinton. My response to their complaints — go straight to hell and do not pass go and collect your $200. Seriously, just join the Republicans already.
🟡 NEW: Democrats have badly weakened their party with left-leaning ideas and rhetoric, growing only with self-described “white liberals” while losing ground with other voters, according to a new center-left group’s report.

Left-wing ideas have wrecked Democrats’ brand, new report warns
The center-left group Welcome relied on polling of hundreds of thousands of voters over six months for its findings, shared first with Semafor.

The strongest wind gust ever recorded in a hurricane has been recorded by specialist aircraft in Melissa: 241mph.

He doesn't care about law. He doesn't care about rules. He doesn't care about the country. He doesn't care about truth. He doesn't care about right or wrong.

He only cares about himself. And most importantly—what he can get away with.
Trump on a third term: "I would love to do it. I have the best numbers ever. Am I not ruling it out? You'll have to tell me."

Once again, the main day of Tea Party protests had about 300,000 nationwide, but saw endless coverage.

The No Kings protests had about 7,000,000 nationwide, and many media outlets reacted with a yawn.

No Kings was nearly 25x as big as the Tea Party but the Tea Party got 25x the attention.
Ask yourself this: How would the New York Times have covered the protests if it had been seven million MAGA supporters flooding the streets? We don’t even have to guess: We know how they and other mainstream outlets covered the Tea Party protests during Obama’s first term.
Wow. That a person like this be an assistant director of Homeland Security leaves me speechless.

2 minutes on media and the
Virginia Attorney General race.

Miyares cozies up to a man with 34 felonies.
Miyares says nothing about the Epstein files.

Miyares is not the people's protector.
Miyares protects power.

See the forest for the trees.
Vote for Jay Jones.
My doggos Bella and Scout wish you a very chill Sunday afternoon.
I don’t mean to bash Coleman, but like Rachel Maddow, maybe no one can truly fill in for Velshi either.
Ali Velshi needs a good fill in host, but Charles Coleman is not it.
I wasn’t criticizing, just observing. It’s awful.
Also only white — no people of color.

Congress basically doesn’t exist at this point
At this point maybe the simplest solution would be to ask Canada and Mexico to invade the U.S. on behalf of the American people so that democracy and the rule of law can be restored.
I’m extremely worried about Jamaica, and also Haiti. Some places may get up to 2 feet of rain. That will cause massive devastation. I was there shortly after Gilbert struck in 1988. This storm may make Gilbert pale in comparison.
Jamaica, in particular, will likely suffer catastrophic impacts from now rapidly-intensifying (but slow-moving) Hurricane #Melissa. A *Category 5* landfall now appears to be the most likely outcome, & 30-40+ inches of *additional* rain in mountains will lead to extreme flooding.

Of course he will. It’s his brand. He puts his name on everything.
President Trump will likely name his new $300 million ballroom after himself, according to senior administration officials.

Is removing Nazi tattoos too woke? We asked some Germans living in Argentina.
I continue to think about this. Where is everything?
What happened to all the art, furniture and priceless historical treasures that were in the East Wing?

Did Trump just give it away to his buddies? Is it at Mar-a-Lago? Did Jared and Ivana just help themselves to it?

No one knows

There are just 11 days to go until Election Day — and every vote counts.

Virginia, thank you for making your voices heard.
Fellow Virginians, we have to turn out and vote blue up and down the ballot. If Miyares is elected, Spanberger and her administration will be tied up in court for the next four years. We need to vote for all Democrats, including the AG.

Them: Hello this is CNN. Up for talking about the NBA betting scandal?

Me: Sure. My take is this all a distraction from Epstein. Also Trump - clearly demented - sees the NBA as an enemy and had the case dropped on opening night to harm the league

Them: We'll talk to the team and get back to you!
