I get migraines (and am thankfully on a treatment regimen that has largely let them at bay). I cannot think of a way to quantify the level of pain and discomfort that my worst migraines would cause me. I don’t even know if it fits on a scale!

"But if you refuse to let them go, I will plague your whole country with frogs...
The frogs shall come up on you and on your people and on all your officials."

This is no more lawful than if Iran / North Korea / whoever blew up a couple American yachts in the Mediterranean for suspected drug trafficking. On the legal spectrum it sits in the middle of a Venn diagram between overt acts of military aggression, state-sponsored terrorism, and simple murder.
Jesus. The judge was not messing around.
I treated myself last year and bought a Le Creuset Dutch oven. I have used the heck out of it and it still looks brand new.

If having good cookware makes me cringe, so be it.

he's going to come after you either way, so you might as well act with integrity
These clowns in uniform should feel bad for the rest of their existence. And they should know how much they are despised.
Honestly, if you sprayed Malort at ICE agents, they’d probably leave and never come back.
I am now a sales engineer after years of being a practitioner (and actually being a cybersecurity manager). The ability to explain complex things in an understandable way is often underestimated, but it really has helped my career.
Also, the most effective leaders in cyber / tech that I’ve come across are all wicked smart *and* great communicators.
Whenever people try and argue that STEM majors shouldn’t need to take liberal arts classes beyond English 101, that makes my eye twitch.

If you cannot communicate ideas and solutions effectively and persuasively, your idea is unlikely to be considered. Even if it’s the most genius idea.
I work in cybersecurity. My degree was in elementary education. My training on how to teach and share knowledge, create and document processes & procedures, and communicate effectively have been critical in my role.
Governor, the videos and eyewitness statements show otherwise. The ISP did not protect people’s ability to protest, but rather worked with DHS to attack and detain them. The state police should not be working with DHS agents or ICE in any capacity.
Their evidence is likely that they had Bulls jerseys or something.
When both anti-ICE protestors and local police think you are awful… that’s saying a lot

This ostentatious Christian with the big cross around her neck is really saying that people who cannot prove their citizenship in an emergency room should be left on the sidewalk to die. And that's what she believes.

Leavitt: "When an illegal alien goes to the emergency room, who's paying for it? The American taxpayer."
The rooster brand (huy fong) isn’t as good anymore. They did their pepper supplier dirty (reneged on a deal and tried to steal a key employee) and lost a lawsuit. They now have to use multiple suppliers in multiple regions without consistent results.

Same. I’ve got lower body PT exercise docs everywhere
Physical therapy after my hip impingement was critical and I ended up with better core strength and balance than before I got injured.
The “post-game interview” line had me howling in laughter.
I loathe it. Not being able to see file properties without having to open a sub-menu is such a boneheaded UX decision. I should not need to use a registry setting to get that properties option to show properly.

And don’t get me started on them trying to force users to create a Microsoft account
Honestly, the awfulness of Windows 11 was a deciding factor why I bought a MacBook last year instead of a new Windows laptop.
