They are coming for health care in general, cancelling cancer research, pushing woo-woo cures, the president yelling "don't take Tylenol!" from behind a podium. They are scaring the hell out of people with this in a similar way to the ICE raids

I agree with this, but I also think there's a subtext to the health subsidies tactic that could be very salient to the public in the same way as "you come through me" is if they could articulate it. I call it the RFK effect. "Health care" is now more than just an insurance/kitchen table issue. 1/2

It's just a training arrangement. We have tons of these kind of basing deals to train other militaries from all over the world, & in fact the Singaporean Air Force is already stationed at the same airbase. Also this deal was made in 2022.

I sure hope this peace deal holds for all the right reasons. The nightmare cannot be allowed to go on.

But it's still tenuous and the victory dances are presumptuous and frankly, dangerous.

This need to prematurely give Trump the adulation he craves could blow up everyone's faces.

So this IL Hospital Association memo describes an incident where ICE detained a US citizen, gave them HEART PROBLEMS, took them to a hospital where the fought with medical personnel, then left when they realized they detained a CITIZEN.
