also, i’m skeptical kraft would do his alma mater like that, and i don't think penn state will wait until january to bring in its next coach. maybe i'm wrong, but unless kraft calls cig's agent this week and gets told "he's interested, i’ll get you two on the phone this week," the door has to close.

Impossible to measure, but I think part of how you go from being ranked No. 2 in the country to being fired three weeks later is by living in a place for 12 years and and making absolutely no effort to actually be part of the community.
