one of my favorite meteorological facts is that it has snowed every year in recorded history in Charlotte, NC. I've left footprints in the snow at the Grand Canyon. There *is* winter almost everywhere if you look carefully enough!
it is genuinely tragic to me seeing people not able to be outside and enjoy crisp cold months with snow everywhere. i get the opposite of seasonal depression this time of year
