My proposal - ALL US media is to be owned by a public trust, aided by a set amount grant from treasury. Every outlet has a revolving board chosen randomly every 5 years, who pick a new CEO every 4 years. CEOs can serve only 2 terms.
They can’t make more than 100x their lowest-paid employee.
