We know a lot about NYC mayoral election (that's good, I think. Big cities are incubators of ideas/movements that later spread - conversely, grow opposition). It's good to follow elections in other cities, as your bandwidth allows. Canada has so few truly big cities, they're all important.

Randall Hopley, who was convicted of sexual assault and abduction of persons under 14 years, has been released from police custody and is living in Vancouver.
