I've never been called a technician before :D (I have an art history background). You just go "save as" and pick "microsoft word" from the list. I make my presentations in libre and circulate them for accessibility as ms powerpoints on a weekly basis. Libre is just word without all the AI nonsense

ICE continues its relentless assault on Chicago street vendors. Rapid response teams in Pilsen and Little Village confirmed a street vendor was taken on Cermak and Troy and also on Damen and Cermak. These are on two major Latine commercial corridors.

Today October 10, 2025 at 10:55am we were able to confirm that ICE kidnapped a street vendor on Cermak and Troy in front of the laundry mat. Another street vendor was taken on Damen and Cermak in Pilsen. If you have any more information please call 855-435-7693 or to report any unusual or suspicious activity. MLK warned about well-meaning moderates. Malcolm X provided a backbone to the entire civil rights movement. The American way of life is over: it ended the moment you built concentration camps for immigrants. Now the question is will you fight or conform in the name of empty platitides and ideals

Our fate is not sealed, but democracy and peaceful protest are defunct. You can win but not by passively hoping democracy will save the day at a ballot where the authoritarian counts the votes.

He is putting troops in cities under a premise he made up. He doesn't need a real premise. He absolutely can just seize voting machines--are you going to stop him? He has assets in place. All these things are within a phonecall for him. You cannot vote Trump out

There will not be a real election. I am telling you this as an academic. No authoritarian who has gotten elected to absolute power has ever held a fair election where they risked losing that power. The part where elections could stop Trump ended in Nov 2024.
