Ugh. I wish I could figure out a third day for streaming. It's so easy on the weekends, but on weekdays, once I sit down for dinner, or I start cooking, I'm done for the day. I thought scheduling streams would make me feel obligated to show up, but that doesn't seem to work...

Already planning my next pie. Is this how crafters feel?

The current plan is to zest some clementines I need to finish and use that to flavor a sugar pie filling. Crust will be chocolate with a ganache layer on the bottom (under the filling) to simulate a chocolate orange 🍊
