thinking about the time a cool Instagram fashion account asked me to name my favorite products and i didn't know i was supposed to name fashion products, so i said pigeon food because i like feeding pigeons and their followers were like "why the fuck do i need pigeon food for my outfit?"

The Instagram account Saint featured me. The first slide says: "Derek Guy - Dieworkwear. Derek Guy is a menswear writer who has written for The New York Times, Esquire, and Mr. Porter. He also runs a menswear blog called Die, Workwear"

One of the slides showing my favorite products. It's it's a big bag of Hagen pigeon food. The food is fortified with the vitamins and nutrients pigeons need.

Instagram user writes: "Why tf do i need pigeon food for my outfit." I replied: "this is what i can afford to eat after spending all my money on clothes ::sad face::"

If I were as fuckin cool as you, I could probably rock more shirt stains, but not when Im already doing sweater over print tee, with sweatpants and flip-flops ;-)

I think it would come across as a bit.. chaotic.

some small in-line filter feeding into the sprayer, but a 2 chamber system where the 1st chamber is kept in rotation, and water is coarse-filter pumped into 2nd chamber. Periodically would need to pour solids out the bottom of chamber 1.

Basically it's a pressure washer and a wet/dry (shop) vacuum, and ever works on frozen ground if you have a way to keep the water a little warm. Pressure wash spray at the ground which turns it into muck that you vacuum out if the way. If reusing the waste water, need:

Ok chat, when Syrskyi took over command of the whole army, he talked about only really needing a couple of thigs, one of which was basically digging tech. Was chatting earlier with someone about this, we swapped our ideas, and the not my idea is far superior: hydro/vac #SlavaUkraine 1/3

P.S. Trotsky might not hold space in your heart, but he was right about spreading the good word into liberal democracies: if they know what socialism actually is, and are given a chance to, folx will largely vote for socialism.

A thing I really believe about gay rights is that we didn’t win by changing everybody’s minds, we won by getting the very large contingent of fence sitters to actually pick a side, and outnumbering the ride-or-die homophobes to the point that they finally had to shut up.

If anything, the problem isn't a bad message, it's a lack of will to push back on people who insist we need police by explaining that we need accountability and mediation mechanisms. Centering police in the solutions ensures they don't solve our problem.

It's a compromise position being called for, we could instead be demanding the death penalty for all cops and their entire families, but we thought: let's try and be reasonable, and only call for the removal of funding for the broken institution, half of the problem.

The reason the slogan must be Defund the Police, is because that's what needs to happen in order to rip the existing classist/racist ass structure entirely out of society before we can start talking about addressing the problems that folks believe police should be responding to (even tho cops don't)
