This America First thing echoes the 1930's movement of the same name.

Sending a state's national guard to another without permission or request by the governor is a definite threat. The use of masked agents against the population, citizens, immigrants or visitor is definitely a tyrannical move of an authoritarian.

I don't know if it's done, but I'd say tax the individual receiving the options rather than the corporation.

And return to 90% tax bracket for the obscenely rich.

And forbid stock buy-backs. That's manipulation and was illegal.
