The Office of Management and Budget sent a notification to Congress about their intent to use research and development funds to pay members of the military, two sources with direct knowledge tell NBC News.

A spokesperson for the OMB confirmed to NBC News that it plans to use the research and development funds and that there are two years' worth of funds available within the Department of Defense.

Windows 11 continues to impress with users having to click *much more* to reveal information (or options/tools) along with layouts that have about half the icons and lines of information compared to W10.

Horrible for power users. Great for a customer base that wants a simple U/I.

We passed the point of no return in June when troops were deployed in Los Angeles. ICE, DHS, and the military intimidating and brutalizing citizens are part of a transition to a dictatorship.

What force is going to stop it?

I applaud those still up for the fight, but the fact is nothing is getting better, all that's happening are activities that delay the full implementation of a dictatorship.
