According to US historical architects & other experts in historical buildings, damages done to the WH's East Wing are now irreversible. They are requesting to put a stop to it & recommand consultations, before starting the construction of Dump's "bribe room". No plans have yet be submitted.

Can someone please tell the AIA that the historic East Wing of the White House was not simply a "facade" but a full structure, with about the same size footprint as the West Wing, of rooms, offices, and other spaces?

But Trump conveniently waited until the NPS was shut down.

Google gave Trump $22 million to spend on demolishing the White House East Wing & replacing it with a vanity project, a ballroom.

Let Google know whether you approve of its financing the demolition of the White House East Wing.

YouTube, a Google subsidiary, last month gave $22 million to the nonprofit for the ballroom as part of a settlement for a 2021 civil lawsuit that Trump brought against the company.

This is pure hearsay so don’t freak out… yet… but I heard some legit sounding speculation that we didn’t see the East Wing furnishings/paintings/fixtures packed & removed for storage first… that this is the type of thing an abusive angry narcissist might do to hurt people over No Kings. 😐

I'm fortunate enough to have visited the White House three times. Once specifically for an East Wing tour. You always entered through the East Wing. I think I'm still in denial.
