Not sure who needs to hear this, but the Insurrection Act isn’t the same as “martial law.” It authorizes the molitary to engage in civil law enforcement. And not clear that even then, whether they can enforce state criminal laws

The Department of Homeland Security is refusing to release information on 3 detained Oglala Lakota tribal members who are being held at Fort Snelling, a former concentration camp for Native people, unless the tribe enters into an immigration agreement with ICE.

More information from the guy whose car had smoke grenades and other stuff thrown in it. The baby's heart stopped and EMS was called to the scene. Yeah, ICE may have almost killed a 6 month old baby yesterday
