Yep. I mean it was kinda cool, and one of the few new things those comics have actually done, but there are whole characters that haven’t been done yet - this is just another Optimus Prime wearing a different (arm) hat.

Okay, I know I'm being greedy, and this has literally only just appeared, but now I want a larger version of this figure so that the ox can be articulated and can convert into a smaller robot (Orion POx), and the cart into a base, before both combine. Come on, HasBLOW, why are you taking so long?!?

The ox and cart transformed into an Optimus Prime-looking robot that has some Samurai-like styling.

Yes, I know, this is a pretty low-hanging fruit, as they didn't have to do much in the way of making a new mold. And it's a surprising display of timeliness by Hasbro (it'll only be a year or so late by the time it hits the shelves, which is good going for them). But even so...

Starscream isn't that exciting to me - we've had plenty of bordt-formers before. And that Optimus Prime is a load of bull... and I want it. I'm slightly disappointed that the bull isn't more articulated, but it's just such a ridiculous idea that I'll let it slide... into my house. I need it.

1st season was a stone cold classic. Definitely felt like it picked up again at the end of season 4, and would love to have been able to see the conclusion. The main problem with season 3 was my Singaporean wife recognising so many of the very futuristic-looking buildings in “future LA”…
