1st season was a stone cold classic. Definitely felt like it picked up again at the end of season 4, and would love to have been able to see the conclusion. The main problem with season 3 was my Singaporean wife recognising so many of the very futuristic-looking buildings in “future LA”…

I’m not saying that I specced the PC I bought for my university work that year with running that game in mind… but I’m not saying I didn’t. It was the game I’d always wanted, and it was great. And the crashing spaceship level was brilliant (and so much terrifying fun).

By coincidence I'd only recently remembered to finally watch S2 of Resistance, and whilst I'm lukewarm on the show as a whole, I do love the designs of the ships, how properly Star Wars they feel, and also how colourful they are. And thanks to you, now I know why they work so well. :-)

My main reason for watching S2 was simply because the Sequel era is now such an oddity - everything else remains focussed around the aftermath of the OT, in the Mandoverse, with all the familiar OT designs. This at least was different - and colourful! Although I'll not be racing to revisit it...

At long last I've finally finished watching Star Wars: Resistance. Really bounced off the first season - the tone just wasn't for me. But I've been watching the second season over lunch the last couple of weeks, and it's worked much better as a lunchtime distraction. Make of that what you will.
