When POTUS is removed the new POTUS is sworn in and he becomes Commander-in-Chief. He signs bills into law, vetoes bills, directs the White House staff, and the Secret Service. None of this is complicated.

I think it would be bloody and I kinda think America would benefit in the long run if Trump’s exit (however it happens) is messy.
